MARKET ANALYSIS MARKET STRATEGY TACTICAL EXECTION

Hirewire Brand Studio is a capstone experience where students working in interdisciplinary teams develop a real-world campaign for one client. The client, Adapt for Life (AFL), provided our teams a multi-faceted charge with the ultimate goal of expanding the program's trainer pool. Through research, strategy, and branding, my team and I completed a market analysis, built a full market strategy plan, and executed our findings through tactical means. I held the role of Creative Director and took great responsibility for communicating our team's pitch through concise, visual designs.

OUR CLIENT


Adapt for Life is Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s mental health and suicide prevention outreach program that provides students K-12 in the greater Cincinnati area with experiences and skills to help school staff, students, and their families live mentally healthy lives.

OUR CHARGE


Identify people interested in becoming a trainer for AFL. Develop a campaign to recruit the target audience. Design a plan for the Train the Trainer program. Find funding and federal grant opportunities to further AFL's financial development.
